Responsibilities will focus on acquisition, simulation, approval strategies, and continuous enhancement of the customer experience, as well as partner integration and performance monitoring. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Serve as the Product Owner in a multidisciplinary squad, end-to-end focused on the credit journey (credit card or loan), from simulation through approval * Translate product strategy into a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives and user needs. * Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, CRM, Growth, Technology, Design, and Partners to ensure value-driven delivery. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective) and participate in strategic forums. * Monitor and analyze business and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Lead Go-To-Market initiatives, including CRM, performance, and multichannel communication strategies (paid media, organic media, email, push notifications, social media). * Ensure optimized simulation/approval flows * Conduct discoveries and experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and improve the user experience. * Manage onboarding and integration of new partners, monitor their performance, and support their growth **Key Expected Deliverables** * Structured and prioritized backlog focused on acquisition, simulation, and approval * Communication strategies developed jointly with Marketing and CRM. * Defined metrics and KPIs per initiative, with rollout plans and performance tracking. * Continuous improvement of the user experience, emphasizing personalization and conversion. * Integration of new partners and performance monitoring * Tests and experiments to validate approaches and evolve the Product * A/B tests and experiments to validate communication approaches and simulation formats. * Collaborate closely and influence other teams to deliver value for customer acquisition **Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles within agile teams. * Knowledge of product lifecycle activities: discovery, refinement, delivery, and rollout planning * Experience with top-of-funnel strategies, media campaigns, CRM, or growth marketing. * Ability to design and track A/B tests and product experiments. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). * Understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making. * Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Strategic mindset with a focus on generating business value. **Preferred Qualifications** * Academic background in Product Management. * Basic analytics knowledge for indicator definition and management. * Prior experience with financial products. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
