Consolidate data related to the prospecting pipeline, opportunity maturity, deadlines, unit performance, and other departmental metrics. Conduct analyses regarding the performance, feasibility, and prioritization of expansion opportunities, providing analytical support to the team. Act as the interface between the Expansion team and internal departments, ensuring the flow of information, alignment, and timely delivery of deliverables required for project advancement. Prepare executive reports and PowerPoint presentations, translating data into clear and actionable insights. Support the Expansion team in tracking processes and organizing strategic information for internal meetings and stakeholder meetings. Contribute to standardizing and continuously improving the department’s metrics, reports, and analytical processes. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience in analytical, planning, or business expansion roles. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Strong analytical ability, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to translate data into clear information.
