In this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Plan and control production based on demand, productive capacity, and resource availability; * Monitor production orders, deadlines, volumes, and priorities, ensuring adherence to the established plan; * Analyze deviations between planned and actual results, proposing adjustments and corrective actions together with relevant departments; * Create, maintain, and manage PCP area KPIs using Power BI, updating data sources and ensuring daily information quality, consistency, and reliability; * Support leadership decision-making through analyses, management reports, and performance indicators; * Interface with the Shipping Department, communicating planning and control information. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel or Google Sheets; * SAP system knowledge; * Power BI knowledge is a plus; * PBI knowledge.
