We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion for professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your day-to-day will include: * Designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s network architecture, considering business requirements, security, and scalability; * Leading the administration and configuration of network devices such as switches, routers, load balancers, and other infrastructure components; * Performing network performance analysis, identifying potential bottlenecks, optimizing traffic, and proposing improvements to ensure high network performance; * Defining and implementing network security policies, including access control, segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection, and threat prevention; * Coordinating network infrastructure expansion, upgrade, or modernization projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors; * Providing advanced technical support for critical incidents, complex network issues, and connectivity and performance-related matters; * Conducting network infrastructure security audits and vulnerability assessments, implementing corrective measures to mitigate security risks; * Implementing and managing network backup and recovery policies to ensure network service availability and continuity; * Monitoring technological trends and advancements in networking, evaluating and recommending new solutions and technologies to improve network efficiency, security, and performance; * Occasionally performing weekend or night on-call duties to address specific, time-sensitive client project demands (rare but possible); * Generating environment reports under your responsibility and delivering them to the client within the deadline and format specified by the client and project management; * Attending client meetings to support the team in War Room sessions; * Updating POP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation to standardize service delivery; * Developing and following basic activity checklists for issue triage; * Promptly responding to client requests via IVR, Teams, or the ITSM tool used in the project; * Proactively analyzing risks and monitoring tool alerts to prevent environment issues; * Supporting or developing proactive environment monitoring; * Logging daily working hours in the company’s APP, respecting contractual parameter configurations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Network and Computer Engineering, * Or Information Systems, * Or Information Technology or related fields (Preferred); * Advanced mastery of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP architecture, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching protocols (STP, VLANs), and wireless networking technologies (Preferred); * Ability to implement advanced network security measures, such as network segmentation, and familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention (IDS/IPS), and security policies (Preferred); * Knowledge of cloud computing networks, including virtual networks, load balancing services, and cloud-based VPNs (Preferred). Knowledge of network and data center technologies: Cisco routers and switches; firewalls (Fortinet and Check Point); load balancers (F5 or A10\); Knowledge of data center technologies such as Cisco ACI, BGP, OSPF, HSRP. Knowledge of monitoring systems configuration (Zabbix / Grafana); Experience in network routing protocol design and troubleshooting L2, VLANs, VRRP, RSTP, BGP, OSPF, IS\-IS. Experience or familiarity with network automation; Knowledge of Routing and Switching troubleshooting in LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.
