All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct EVTL studies, layout analysis, and other technical requirements for opening new branches and renovating existing units; * Ensure management of processes related to obtaining, renewing, and regularizing Construction/Habite-se Certificates, Operating Licenses, Fire Safety Certificates (AVCB/CLCB), Environmental Licenses, Advertising Licenses, Sanitary Licenses, and other authorizations required by competent authorities; * Interface with Municipal Governments, Fire Departments, Health Surveillance Agencies, and other regulatory entities; * Interface with technical consulting firms responsible for issuing licenses and conducting studies; * Support branch operations for various complementary demands, such as updating registration data and submitting requests to municipal agencies (e.g., tree pruning, among others); * Prepare reports, monitor deadlines, and ensure that all unit-related legal documentation remains up-to-date, properly regularized, and accurately mapped. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Advanced AutoCAD skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
