**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Execute and monitor internal customer requests, focusing on quality, productivity, and process compliance.
* Provide second-level support to internal and external customers, analyzing and resolving recurring issues.
* Ensure security, integrity, and correct execution of transactions and information under your responsibility.
* Identify exceptions, workflow variations, or failures in input/output interfaces of requests, reporting them and proposing improvements.
* Actively contribute to meeting or exceeding service-level agreement (SLA) metrics, pursuing continuous gains in efficiency and satisfaction.
**In addition, the following knowledge is required:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Personnel Administration processes, including hiring, employee movements, benefits, payroll, vacations, working hour tracking, leaves of absence, terminations, and database maintenance.
* Labor and social security legislation applicable to HR routines, with basic knowledge of civil legislation.
* Practical experience in operational payroll and compensation processes.
* Experience in labor and union relations, including negotiation skills and understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (intermediate Excel) and basic knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle—considered advantageous.
