Establish effective countermeasures and ensure alignment of initiatives with business priorities. * Map and redesign complex processes using formal modeling techniques, requirements gathering, bottleneck identification, and scenario simulation. Validate risks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria with partner departments to ensure more efficient, secure, and corporate-guideline-compliant processes. * Develop robust action plans based on root cause analysis methodologies, defining scope, timelines, responsibilities, and monitoring KPIs. Conduct governance rituals, support impediment removal, and ensure adherence to quality standards and agreed-upon outcomes. * Implement and sustain improvements by updating procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Introduce operational controls and monitoring mechanisms to reduce variation, errors, and rework, demonstrating effectiveness of changes through evidence and KPI tracking. * Measure gains and document results of each initiative, preparing executive reports, consolidating learnings, and identifying replication opportunities. Promote execution discipline, transparency, and cross-departmental alignment, reinforcing the continuous improvement cycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems or related fields; preferably complemented by specialization in Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or Analytics. * Solid proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies, process mapping, workflow modeling, risk assessment, standardization, governance structures, and execution of highly complex initiatives. * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, plus in-depth knowledge of quantitative analyses, performance indicators, executive report development, and facilitation of formal follow-up rituals.
