We are seeking a **Senior Construction Analyst**, responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of implementation, renovation, and retrofit projects for company-owned stores across the network. Apply now and make chocolate your professional passion! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor all construction phases—from planning through completion—ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and brand standards; Support development and control of physical and financial schedules, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions; Participate in supplier and service provider procurement processes, including technical and commercial proposal analysis; Manage and monitor on-site construction execution, ensuring construction quality, scope compliance, and conformity with executive designs; Control measurements, contracts, and payments, ensuring proper CAPEX management and project cash flow; Support budget management by tracking actual versus forecasted costs and identifying optimization opportunities; Ensure organization and updating of technical construction documentation; Interface with internal departments (design, procurement, finance) and external parties (suppliers, franchisees), ensuring smooth communication and execution; Support continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes, contributing lessons learned and standardizing practices; Conduct technical site visits and on-site monitoring, when necessary, ensuring correct implementation of defined guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Prior experience in construction monitoring and management, preferably in retail or multi-unit projects; Experience in construction planning, schedule control, and supplier management; Knowledge of CAPEX management, measurements, contracts, and payment flows; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (architecture, MEP, etc.); Experience in budgetary control and cost analysis; Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders; Adaptability to dynamic environments and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Desirable: experience in high-volume expansion environments; Degree in Architecture or Engineering; Prior experience in retail and rapid construction projects; Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** In addition to salary, you will receive the following benefits: Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Medical Assistance; Life Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit; Product Discounts.
