Job Summary: The Senior Commercial Analyst will be responsible for process structuring, consultative customer service, commercial intelligence, and performance indicator analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Power BI Senior Commercial Analyst São Caetano do Sul – SP (On-site) Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48 **Responsibilities:** * Structuring and documenting processes, as well as designing flowcharts for departmental activities; * Face-to-face and telephone customer service with a consultative approach focused on conversion; * Liaising with internal departments to enable commercial initiatives and implement improvements; * Executing commercial intelligence activities, including: * Active prospecting; * Creating, cleansing, and profiling lead databases; * Developing dashboards; * Conducting market research and performance analyses; * Supporting events, commercial initiatives, and strategic planning; * Creating, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience in consultative sales, prospecting, and negotiation; * Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Power BI; * Experience managing customer portfolios, activation, and conversion; * Knowledge of commercial mathematics; * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Resilient, flexible, and adaptable individual; * Skilled in negotiation, argumentation, and objection handling; * Organized, responsible, and committed; * Professionally mature, with systemic vision and sense of urgency. **Academic Qualification:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields) **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree (Specialization or MBA) in Marketing, Management, or Business.
