Guidance on accredited network and procedures A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Osasco. **Responsibilities:** Deliver high-standard service to PME client portfolio beneficiaries, clarifying doubts regarding insurable benefits. Manage beneficiary and authorized users’ access credentials for insurance provider portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited health and dental care network. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing-related information for insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary records in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on accredited networks, coverage, and procedures. Record all interactions—including service requests, demands, and follow-ups—in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring complete history and traceability. Position located in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
