Clarification of processes and contractual rules A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Duque de Caxias. **Responsibilities:** Deliver high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying doubts regarding insurable benefits. Manage beneficiaries’ and responsible parties’ login credentials for health insurers’ portals and internal systems. Schedule and provide guidance on using the accredited healthcare and dental networks. Clarify reimbursement procedures, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual rules of the plans. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary changes in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record all interactions—including service requests, follow-ups, and resolutions—in systems and spreadsheets to ensure traceability and historical tracking. Position located in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
