Clarifications regarding reimbursement, co-payment, and contractual rules A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Barueri. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying doubts regarding insurable benefits. Manage beneficiary and responsible party login credentials for operator portals and internal systems. Schedule and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited health and dental network. Clarify processes related to reimbursement, co-payment, waiting periods, and plan contractual rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary changes in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record all interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets to ensure history tracking and traceability. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
