Registration and traceability of service interactions A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Taboão da Serra. **Responsibilities:** Deliver high-standard service to PME client portfolio beneficiaries, clarifying doubts regarding insured benefits. Manage beneficiary and responsible party login credentials for operator portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance on using the accredited health and dental care network. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insured benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary changes in the company’s operational systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record all service interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets to ensure complete interaction history and traceability. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as a Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
