Job Summary: Professional responsible for the entire recruitment and selection cycle, from job profile definition to new employee onboarding, including talent management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attraction and selection of talent across multiple platforms. 2. Conducting interviews and administering tests. 3. Talent pool management and communication with candidates. * **Job Profile Definition** * Discuss requirements with managers or clients to understand the position’s needs. * Define technical requirements, behavioral competencies, and salary range. * **Candidate Attraction** * Post job openings on employment platforms, social media, and talent databases. * May develop strategies to enhance the job’s appeal. * **Resume Screening** * Review submitted resumes and identify candidates best aligned with the profile. * **Interviews** * Conduct interviews (in-person or online) to assess technical and behavioral competencies. * May administer group exercises or competency-based interviews. * **Test Administration and Interpretation** * Use psychological, behavioral, or specific skill assessments when required. * **Manager Alignment** * Present shortlisted candidates to managers. * Align expectations and support decision-making. * **Candidate Feedback and Communication** * Provide feedback to candidates (successful or unsuccessful). * Maintain a welcoming and humanized approach in all communications. * **Talent Pool Management** * Organize and update candidate profiles in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). * Maintain relationships with potential candidates. * **Hiring and Onboarding** * Support the hiring process and guide the new employee through company onboarding. * **Metrics and Reporting** * Monitor metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring accuracy rate. * Generate performance reports for continuous improvement.
