




**RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST – LEME/SP** **Requirements** * Ongoing technical or higher education in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection * Experience with R\&S platforms and professional networks (e.g.: Gupy, Kenoby, LinkedIn) * Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel * Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Define job profiles with managers and post vacancies on appropriate channels * Perform resume screening, competency-based interviews, and administer tests * Update talent database and conduct active professional sourcing * Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs) * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages Employment type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance
