Focus on competency-based interviews **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes (from job opening to hiring). * Align job profiles with managers and requesting departments. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and talent databases. * Perform **resume screening** and contact candidates. * Conduct **competency-based interviews** and administer tests when necessary. * Prepare candidate evaluation reports for managers. * Organize and monitor stages of the selection process. * Support **candidate experience** and communication throughout the process. * Update recruitment controls, metrics, and reports. * Support continuous improvement of talent attraction processes. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Experience with recruitment and selection processes. * Familiarity with recruitment platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with high-volume recruitment. * Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
