Screen resumes and source candidates across multiple channels. Align candidate profiles and job requirements with responsible hiring managers. Schedule and conduct interviews, both individual and group. Manage a high volume of recruitment requests simultaneously. Monitor recruitment KPIs, deadlines, and SLA. Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring agility, quality, and accuracy in hiring. Previous experience as a Recruitment Analyst, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, or Recruitment Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
