This is the ideal opportunity for someone passionate about **transforming business needs into well-designed, documented, and tested software solutions**, actively participating in the entire delivery lifecycle. **Job Mission** To serve as the **technical and functional bridge** between business areas and development teams, designing efficient solutions and ensuring **delivery quality** — from requirements gathering through to production deployment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **solution analysis and design**, mapping processes and preparing **technical documentation** (functional specifications, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, data models). * **Manage the Product Backlog**, creating, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories with clear and objective acceptance criteria. * **Plan and execute functional and integrated testing**, and lead **user acceptance testing (UAT)**. * **Monitor deployments (GMUDs)**, ensuring stability and success of deliveries in production environments. * Serve as the **technical and functional focal point** for development teams, clarifying questions and validating expected system behavior. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a Product Owner. * Proven ability in **functional documentation and technical diagramming**. * Practical experience with **functional testing and UAT processes**. * Experience with **Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)**. * **Availability to support nighttime GMUDs.** * **Completed undergraduate degree** in IT, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Desirable Differentiators** --------------------------- * Knowledge of **ERP systems**, especially **SAP**. * Prior experience as a **developer** or in **testing**. * Knowledge of **process automation (RPA)**. * Certifications such as **PO (CSPO, PSPO)** or **Business Analysis (CBAP)**. **Contract Type:** PJ **Work Model:** Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite (Mogi das Cruzes, Brás Cubas). **About Movida** Movida (MOVI3) is a car rental company offering innovative urban mobility solutions for all kinds of needs.
