PMO Internship

Description

We are seeking an intern eager to learn, contribute to the PMO team’s processes, and grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support monitoring of project schedules, costs, risks, and scopes. * Update reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Consolidate status report information for managers and executive leadership. * Maintain up-to-date project documentation (meeting minutes, plans, lessons learned). * Assist in standardizing PMO templates and internal workflows. * Support meetings with infrastructure, networking, and information security teams. **Requirements and qualifications** * Basic knowledge of project management (PMBOK, Scrum, or Kanban). * Familiarity with control and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, Trello, MS Project, or similar). * Interest in learning about infrastructure, networking, cloud, and information security technologies. * Awareness of ITIL, ISO 27001, or best practices in IT governance. * Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, firewall). * Basic knowledge of project management (PMBOK, Scrum, or Kanban). * Technical English for reading documentation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Proactivity and fast learning capability. * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. * **Academic background:** * Currently enrolled in a 4- or 5-year undergraduate program and in the **4th or 5th semester** of: * Production Engineering, * Telecommunications Engineering, * Computer Engineering, * Project Management, * Information Systems, * or other IT-related fields. **Additional information** * Work location: São Paulo \- SP (hybrid model: 2 days per week onsite); * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Hours: 09:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 17:00 \- (1-hour lunch break) * Employment type: Internship. * Benefits: Transportation voucher (VT), meal allowance (VA) or food voucher (VR), remote work allowance.
