**Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role**
Analyze data, metrics, and logs from multiple sources to identify failure patterns and support accurate diagnostics
Execute approved automated scripts for temporary service restoration and reduction of downtime
Monitor infrastructure performance (CPU, memory, and network) to identify bottlenecks and configuration failures
Consolidate technical evidence (logs, reports, and visual evidence) and forward to advanced support for in-depth investigation
Validate the effectiveness of fixes through testing, post-incident monitoring, and SLA tracking
Participate in training and continuous upskilling initiatives
Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures, and standards
**Mandatory Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Intermediate English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Knowledge:
Understanding of corporate IT environments and mission-critical operations
Experience in monitoring, metrics analysis, log analysis, and alerting for proactive incident detection
Experience in investigating, diagnosing, and supporting systems—including emergency fixes and maintenance
Tracking SLAs, deadlines, and delivery quality of vendors
Analytical, investigative, organized profile with ability to work under pressure
**Desirable Requirements**
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logs, metrics, and events)
Analysis of application logs and metrics, integrations, and system-to-system workflows
Familiarity with corporate system architecture, including layers, dependencies, and integrations
Experience in integrated environments (APIs, messaging, services) and hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)
Familiarity with containers, distributed architectures, high availability, and resilience
Collaborative work with infrastructure, security, data, and business teams
