Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role** Analyze data, metrics, and logs from multiple sources to identify failure patterns and support accurate diagnostics Execute approved automated scripts for temporary service restoration and reduction of downtime Monitor infrastructure performance (CPU, memory, and network) to identify bottlenecks and configuration failures Consolidate technical evidence (logs, reports, and visual evidence) and forward to advanced support for in-depth investigation Validate the effectiveness of fixes through testing, post-incident monitoring, and SLA tracking Participate in training and continuous upskilling initiatives Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures, and standards **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
