SEB Group hires **PL FINANCIAL ANALYST \- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**, to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive impact on society.** Come get to know the group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage bank balances of company current accounts, arranging transfers to balance funds among accounts; * Generate payment and/or receipt files, monitor returns, and make adjustments and corrections in case of rejections; * Reconcile rejected and completed payments; * Propose constant process improvements (critical thinking); * Monitor automatic debits and ensure the financial health of the group's current accounts; * Bank and credit card reconciliations; * Monitoring and management of travel expense reports, corporate cards, and supplier advance reconciliations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of financial routines involving accounts payable reconciliation and monthly closing; * ERP Dynamics knowledge will be considered a plus; * Knowledge and experience using banking platforms (mandatory); * Experience in Shared Service Centers (SSC) will be considered a plus. **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00 to 17:00 hrs; * Work mode: On-site \- at the Administrative Headquarters.
