Job Summary: The professional will manage the pedagogical team, ensure implementation of the teaching methodology, and provide support to students throughout the teaching-learning process. Organization and operation of classroom laboratories The professional will be responsible for managing the pedagogical team members, including recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as monitoring key performance indicators related to student attendance, retention, and contract renewal rates. The professional must ensure consistent implementation of the proprietary teaching methodology, maintain active communication with students and their guardians, and provide timely solutions to daily challenges arising during the students’ teaching-learning process. Maintaining classroom laboratories in an organized and fully operational state is also part of the professional’s responsibilities.
