The Offshore Distribution area—Necton segment—is responsible for client relationship management and distribution of international products to B2C customers as well as to Necton’s B2B partners. We also support the development of marketing materials, training programs, and events to promote our products and campaigns. Professionals in this area must be flexible regarding travel, possess a strong interest in the international investment market, and demonstrate a commercial profile. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitoring both B2C clients and Necton’s B2B branch offices regarding international accounts; * Developing marketing materials; * Proposing improvements and tools for the network (online and in-person); * Maintaining ongoing interaction with the Foreign Advisor team, product desks, and research; * Designing and delivering training sessions for the network; * Managing relationships with B2C and B2B clients and advisors; * Continuously updating recommended products based on BTG Pactual specialists’ guidance. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * A commercial profile with prior experience in banking commercial areas; * English proficiency; * Availability to work 100% on-site at Av.
