The role involves incident analysis and escalation, applying contingency actions per established protocols.** ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * ### **Remote technical support to customers;** * ### **Ticket creation and tracking;** * ### **Implementation of contingency workarounds, following required protocols;** * ### **Incident escalation;** * ### **Incident analysis, correctly routing cases to respective support teams;** * ### **Monitoring of datacenter and general network environments.** ### **Education:** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in technology or related fields—must be currently enrolled or have completed the program.** ### **What You Should Have:** * ### **Experience in Linux/Windows server administration;** * ### **Knowledge of Hyper-V/VMware virtualization;** * ### **Knowledge of monitoring tools;** * ### **Knowledge of networking/connectivity;** * ### **Knowledge of backup routines.** ### **Additional Information:** * ### **Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off** * ### **Shift: 10:52 PM to 6:00 AM** ### **Benefits Offered:** * ### **Meal and food allowance;** * ### **Medical and dental assistance;** * ### **Profit-sharing program (PLR);** * ### **Life insurance;** * ### **Wellhub;** * ### **Reimbursement for English courses;** * ### **Childcare assistance;** * ### **Lyra (Employee Assistance Program);** * ### **And others.** ### **#LI-VG1**
