Job Summary: A network professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure while ensuring high availability and security, acting as a technical reference and mentor. Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure; * Ensure high availability, security, and performance of assets; * Perform advanced troubleshooting and respond to critical incidents; * Document network topologies, processes, and policies; * Serve as a technical reference for internal teams and customers. * Collaborative mindset; * Inquisitive, questioning, and innovative; * Agile without compromising quality; * Analytical capability; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to identify issues and propose solutions. * Mentoring and development: Ability to guide and develop other team members, share knowledge, and promote growth. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields; * CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is a plus; * Solid experience in corporate network infrastructure (projects, deployment, and advanced support); * Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching: configuration and troubleshooting of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP; * Experience with Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewalls (security policies, VPNs, traffic inspection); * Strong knowledge of: Tunnels (IPSec, GRE), Cisco Wireless (WLC, controllers, access points), Cisco ISE (802\.1X authentication, NAC, TACACS\+/RADIUS), QoS for prioritizing critical traffic; * Hands-on experience with complex WAN/LAN troubleshooting and packet analysis (Wireshark, NetFlow). Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications (CCNP, CCIE); * Knowledge of SD\-WAN, ACI, or software-defined networking.
