As a Network Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the execution of network infrastructure projects at client sites, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, timely delivery, team safety, and delivery quality, acting as the liaison among clients, internal teams, and third parties. Responsibilities **Main Responsibilities:** * Construction supervision: monitor on-site activities at client locations, ensuring schedule adherence, quality standards, and correction of defects; * Team management: guide, train, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and supervise both in-house and outsourced teams; * Operational planning: organize resources, materials, and workforce for project execution; * Safety and compliance: ensure proper use of PPEs, compliance with regulations, and reporting of irregularities; * Client relationship and support: act as the liaison between the company and clients, participate in meetings, manage materials, and promote continuous improvements; And other duties relevant to this position.
