We are seeking a **Senior Network Analyst with emphasis on Security** who wants to grow with Vertigo! The professional will be responsible for operating, monitoring, analyzing, and evolving network environments—with a focus on security, segmentation, access control, incident prevention, and continuous improvement of connectivity infrastructure. They will support the maintenance, evolution, and security of corporate network infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, connectivity, and protection of the technological environments supporting the organization’s IT services. **\#GoVertigo** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, firewall, communication link, and corporate connectivity environments. * Configure, analyze, and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, and network security solutions. * Support implementation of security policies, network segmentation, firewall rules, access control, and hardening of network assets. * Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and events related to network and security infrastructure. * Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes related to infrastructure connectivity and security. * Support vulnerability management processes, rule reviews, risk identification, and security posture improvement. * Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and improvement recommendations. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, vendor, and business teams to ensure service continuity and quality. **Required Technical Knowledge:** --------------------------------------- * TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP, corporate VPN, and Wi\-Fi. * Firewalls, IDS/IPS, access control, network segmentation, and network security best practices. * Connectivity troubleshooting, log analysis, packet and flow analysis. * Knowledge of hybrid environments, cloud connectivity, and data centers. * Network monitoring and observability tools. * Familiarity with ITSM, incident, change, and problem management. * Best practices in technical documentation and secure operations. **Desirable Knowledge:** ----------------------------- * Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent solutions. * Knowledge of NAC, SD\-WAN, ZTNA, Zero Trust, SSL/IPSec VPN, and micro-segmentation. * Experience with network automation, scripting, or configuration tools. * Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, or equivalents. * Experience in critical environments, data centers, public institutions, academic organizations, or medium-to-large corporate environments. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** ----------------------------------- * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Operational organization and discipline. * Strong communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure during incidents. * Security, risk, and service continuity awareness.
