




Job Summary: This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and operating various critical infrastructure systems within a Data Center, ensuring high reliability and availability. Maintain, monitor, and operate refrigeration, air conditioning, exhaust, ventilation, diesel power, fire detection and suppression, access control, and CCTV systems; electrical systems and subsystems, generators, UPSs, high-, medium-, and low-voltage switchgear, and distribution systems—through execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans defined in the maintenance calendar—to ensure high reliability and availability of systems deployed across all Data Center facilities. Assist in preparing reports for internal and external clients, operational procedures, and area performance indicator tracking. Operate and perform switching operations in the Data Center to make equipment available for maintenance or incident resolution, following established processes and procedures. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical High School Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Electronics, Automation, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree currently in progress is desirable. **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level). * Knowledge of Governance processes. * Maintenance experience with transformers and low- and medium-voltage switchgear. * Operation of UPSs, STSs, and power generators. * Supervisory system monitoring. * Maintenance and operation of diesel oil systems. * Operation of power intake cubicles. * Knowledge of Mission-Critical Infrastructure. * Familiarity with Good Practices in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. * Knowledge of networks and structured cabling. * Operation of Chillers, CRAHs, Fancoils, Splits, and VRF systems. * Operation of fire detection and suppression systems. * Knowledge of auxiliary systems (access control, CCTV, SDAI) 13\. * Knowledge of building maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor all incidents captured by the Data Center’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure monitoring systems; interpret events and make appropriate procedural decisions; * Immediately notify on-duty Analysts (electricians and mechanics) of incidents detected by the Data Center’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure monitoring systems and auxiliary systems; * Immediately alert Operations and Maintenance Management of any critical failures in the Data Center’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure monitoring systems; * Support leadership by issuing all required communications (via communication platform) to clients and internal ODATA stakeholders for all incident-related or scheduled maintenance situations; * Monitor all phases of maintenance, testing, and commissioning of systems—especially during new project phases—alongside third parties, using the Data Center’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure monitoring systems, and report to management any potential improvements to monitoring systems. Provide on-site technical support to other Operations Analysts (electrical, refrigeration, automation) in their daily tasks; * Support Operations team requests including document directory organization, calibration activities, warehouse organization and inventory control, client technical report generation, procedure development, and other Data Center operations-related tasks; * Perform duties in compliance with ODATA’s Integrated Management System (SGI) Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions, as well as applicable legislation, with environmental conservation and worker health protection as core principles.
