Engagement in analytical processes and group facilitation **Description**: Develop methodological training programs for employees, territories, institutional support areas, and external activities; Monitor the Development Pathway implementation across territories; Strengthen ties with territories through dialogue, monitoring, documentation, development, and communication; Proactively and effectively handle the area’s analytical processes; Participate in team meetings, territory-level meetings, and institutional meetings; **Other Requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Preferred background in human development, social sciences, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; digital competence with technological tools and instruments is desirable. * Experience facilitating and leading diverse groups. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; digital competence with technological tools and instruments is desirable. * Experience facilitating and leading diverse groups.
