




Job Summary: A Marketing professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital and institutional marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial area support with strategies to increase sales REQUIREMENTS * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Minimum six months of experience in activities related to this position; * Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar) and social media metrics and performance indicators; * Experience in Trade Marketing is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives aligned with the annual marketing plan and store promotional calendar; * Develop and implement digital and institutional marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty; * Monitor, analyze, and report on performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign results, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions to achieve targets; * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and support for events and internal marketing (endomarketing), tracking trends, obtaining quotations, and supporting internal and operational activities within the department; * Support the commercial area in developing strategic initiatives to increase sales and product turnover; * Other duties related to the position.
