




Job Summary: Technical support professional with experience in operating systems, computer networks, and hardware/software installation and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Desktop, notebook, and peripheral maintenance **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, and basic Linux concepts. * Experience or knowledge of Active Directory (user, group, and device management). * Fundamentals of Computer Networks (LAN / WAN). * Diagnosis of connectivity, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure issues. * Installation and configuration of corporate software and end-user applications. * Basic knowledge of information security applied to technical support. * Preparation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Zabbix and Grafana * Knowledge of automotive industry management platforms: DMS, CRM, sales systems, and after-sales systems. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site)
