Performing administrative transactions, such as adding or removing beneficiaries from policies, as requested by customers. Sending invoices and duplicate copies, monitoring payments, generating delinquency reports, clarifying billing inquiries, providing co-payment statements and life-by-life breakdowns. Efficiently issuing and sending payment slips, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Issuing travel insurance policies according to customer needs. Supporting customers regarding the accredited network, assisting them in locating and utilizing available services. Assisting with authorization processes for procedures, exams, and surgeries. Direct contact with insurance companies to resolve customer requests, always seeking optimal solutions for customers. Focused on delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
