We are seeking a Junior QSMA Analyst to strengthen the Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health Management System, contributing through analyses, audits, training, and performance indicators, aligned with the guidelines of the Operar Seguro Program and current Solvi Group standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct documentary analysis of the QSMA Management System; * Analyze documentation and support accident investigation processes; * Verify and validate records in the SicIope system; * Deliver QSMA-related training; * Develop and monitor QSMA management indicators; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and legal compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related fields); * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Certification or experience as an internal auditor for the following standards is desirable: * ISO 9001 (Quality) * ISO 14001 (Environment) * ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) * Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS); * Experience conducting internal audits and managing performance indicators; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance (no co-payment); * Dental Assistance; * Group Life Insurance; * Variable Compensation Program; * Private Pension Plan; * Childcare Assistance; * Partnership with TotalPass; * Shuttle service from Butantã and Pinheiros stations to the company.
