A national and international reference in sustainable public transportation, we manufacture electric buses in the following versions: Trolleybus (overhead catenary system) Hybrid (generator set + batteries) Pure electric (batteries) Our technology is deployed in over 400 electric vehicles across Brazil and abroad. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Map and document in detail production process flows, identifying steps, cycle times, involved resources, and interdepartmental interfaces. * Analyze current operational practices, identifying bottlenecks, rework, redundancies, and improvement opportunities. * Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date technical process documentation, including operation sheets, control plans, flowcharts, and technical instructions. * Support the implementation of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements. * Ensure processes comply with applicable standards and regulations, particularly ISO 9001. * Support internal and external audits by providing relevant information, evidence, and process-related analyses. * Collaborate integrally with Quality, Production, and Engineering departments to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering; minimum 1 year of experience in processes and technical instructions; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and advanced Excel skills; * Platforms: Project, Bizagi, AutoCAD (preferred); ability to interpret technical drawings. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance (1 trip to work + 1 trip home, no payroll deduction) * Medical assistance * Total Pass * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Innovation has been embedded in Eletra’s DNA since its founding in 1999 in São Bernardo do Campo.
