Analyze architectural and complementary projects to implement fire safety requirements. Assemble, organize, and submit complete PPCI approval processes to the Fire Department, including: graphic documents, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT, required legal documentation. Lead processes for obtaining and renewing AVCB / CLCB, monitoring requirements and technical opinions. Respond to requirements, notifications, and official communications by proposing technically feasible and legally compliant solutions. Interact directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal departments.
