Qualiserve is a technology company focused on managed IT services, infrastructure, information security, cloud, and monitoring, supporting medium- and large-sized enterprises in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of their environments. **Position Summary** The Junior NOC Analyst will be responsible for **proactive infrastructure monitoring**, identification and initial handling of incidents, ensuring continuity of customer services and compliance with SLAs, operating across network, security, and Microsoft solution environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor network environments, servers, and critical services using NOC tools. * Identify, analyze, and classify infrastructure alerts and incidents. * Perform initial troubleshooting of network, firewall, and Microsoft service failures. * Log, track, and update technical tickets. * Escalate incidents according to severity and defined procedures. * Support support, network, and security teams in problem resolution. * Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and response processes. **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of **computer networks** (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). * Experience or exposure to MikroTik (routing, firewall, VPN, and monitoring). * Knowledge of FortiGate / Fortinet (firewall rules, VPNs, security policies). * Familiarity with Microsoft environments, such as: * + Windows Server + Active Directory + Microsoft 365 * Knowledge of **Windows and Linux** operating systems. * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar). **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear communication: ability to listen, explain, and guide users empathetically. * Initiative: proactively seek solutions, propose improvements, and continuously learn. * Good time management: able to organize tasks and deliver on time, even in dynamic environments. * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of priority. * Proactivity and accountability regarding SLAs and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in NOC or technical support. * Certifications or courses in networking, Fortinet, MikroTik, or Microsoft. * Experience in managed service provider (MSP) environments.
