Control and administration of fleet and mobility contracts Work Location: Indaiatuba, SP Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Infra – A company of the CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** Prior experience in vehicle document management and administrative processes is mandatory; Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required; Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; Availability to work on-site in Indaiatuba, SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Support the Fleet Management area in executing administrative processes related to mobility and fleet, including managing low-complexity contracts, monitoring OPEX and CAPEX. Perform operational controls for the area, prepare internal and external reports, and contribute to continuous improvement projects and fleet document management. Manage and monitor all legal documentation for motor vehicles and trailers (IPVA, compulsory insurance, licensing, transfer, etc.), ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal traffic authorities, while also tracking deadlines and ensuring fleet regularization. Administer mobility-related contracts, including the contract with the licensing agent responsible for documentation procedures and service providers such as automatic toll systems (TAGs), vehicle leasing, and OPEX services.
