Job Summary: The professional will support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, manage the editorial calendar, and produce content for various platforms. Key Highlights: 1. If you identify with our purpose and seek a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support planning and execution of digital marketing activities (inbound, outbound, SEO, paid media, e\-mail marketing). * Manage and update the editorial calendar for social media and blog. * Produce basic content (texts, images, and videos) for social media, landing pages, and e\-mails. * Monitor basic metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and support performance analysis. * Conduct market research and digital benchmarking. * Collaborate with internal departments (branding, product, sales) to ensure alignment of initiatives. * Act as liaison with external agencies, ensuring alignment of requirements and deadlines. * Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives. * Use tools such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms (mLabs, Etus or similar). * Perform basic image and video editing for social media (CapCut, Canva). * Cover internal and external events, conducting photographic documentation and producing promotional content. * Explore AI tools for content optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Basic English proficiency * Experience in Digital Marketing * Courses or certifications in Digital Marketing and experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing.
