Technicians’ duties include providing in-person and remote support to MPPR users, ensuring equipment and/or connected systems remain fully operational, performing necessary adjustments and repairs—including installation and configuration of operating systems on equipment and software officially approved and provided by MPPR. **Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications Required:** Certificate verifying satisfactory completion of a Technical and/or Vocational Course in Hardware Maintenance (microcomputers and/or printers) and/or training courses in Software or Operating Systems (Linux or Windows) and/or Computer Networks, with minimum duration of 40 class hours; Proficiency in installing and configuring workstations running Microsoft Windows operating system; Basic knowledge of Linux; Basic knowledge of electronics; Advanced knowledge of Windows networking environments and the Internet; Advanced knowledge of microcomputer hardware; Advanced knowledge of information security (backup and restoration); Knowledge of security, vulnerabilities, and antivirus software; 4\.1\.4\.13\.
