Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as HR and Administration One of the largest hospital groups in the country is hiring: **Junior Human Resources Analyst** **Location:** HUB CE **Area:** Recruitment and Selection **Responsibilities:** Receive, verify, and manage personnel requisitions for tracking and updating vacancy information on the job platform; Align the profile and information stated in the personnel requisition and job description with the hiring manager to better define and specify the required candidate profile; Conduct individual or group competency-based interviews and facilitate group dynamics with candidates for professional profile analysis; when necessary, accompany candidates’ interviews with managers to assist and support decision-making in the process; Use appropriate behavioral profiling assessment tools to gather relevant information for decision-making in the selection process, ensuring alignment between the candidate and the company culture; **Requirements:** Undergraduate degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Expertise in selection tools and techniques (competency-based selection and group dynamics); Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in recruitment and selection platforms (ATS); Preferred: Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector.
