Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** * A proactive, dynamic person with quick learning ability and strong teamwork skills. **Your typical day will include:** * Customer service (SAC) via email, CHAT, social media, and R.A. (Reclame Aqui). * Phone support when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; * Experience in administrative roles; * Completed High School education. **Preferred qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. **Work Model** * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Location: São Paulo - SP * Hybrid model (5 days/week: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **NOTE:** Hey!
