Guide users on the correct use of systems, software, and equipment. Maintenance and Installation Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, software packages, and peripheral devices. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.). Access and Permission Management Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in internal systems, adhering to permission levels defined by security policies. Control software license usage and equipment inventory. Monitoring and Technical Support Monitor network, server, and basic system availability, escalating to higher support levels when necessary. Assist in testing new applications, updates, and technological improvements. Documentation and Processes Keep incident records, solutions, and operational procedures up to date.
