Perform equipment and system maintenance and configuration, network support, incident logging and tracking, and IT resource organization. Previous experience as an IT Support Technician, Technical Support Analyst, IT Assistant, or IT Technician may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Completed technical education required.
