Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT professional in public procurement, administrative contracts, and terms of reference, with technical knowledge in network infrastructure. Analyze network equipment and connectivity solutions. **Work Mode:** Remote Work **Salary:** To be discussed **Participation:** To be discussed during the selection process **Job Description** We are looking for an **Information Technology professional** with proven experience in **public procurement, administrative contracts, and terms of reference**. The ideal candidate must possess technical knowledge in **network infrastructure, fiber optics, servers, switches, access points, and other IT equipment**, as well as familiarity with **electronic components** that directly impact project performance and specifications. The professional will be responsible for: * Preparing and reviewing **terms of reference** and **technical documentation** for public procurement processes; * Providing technical support to the procurement and contracts department; * Analyzing network equipment (switches, access points, servers) and connectivity solutions (fiber optics, structured cabling, etc.); * Contributing to the definition of technical specifications and compliance standards (ANATEL, CE, RoHS, INMETRO, etc.); * Assisting in IT infrastructure projects, with a strategic perspective on costs, timelines, and execution. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in **public procurement and administrative contracts**; * Knowledge of **computer networks, fiber optics, and IT infrastructure**; * Ability to prepare **technical documentation** and reports; * Strong written communication skills and knowledge of **technical standards applicable to IT equipment**; * Experience with **network equipment** (switches, access points, servers). **Preferred Education** * Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems**, or related fields; * Specializations in **Project Management, Computer Networks, IT Infrastructure, or Procurement and Contracts** will be considered advantageous. **Advantages** * Experience in **public projects and procurement processes**; * Knowledge of **international and national equipment conformity certifications**; * Ability to work independently and proactively in a **remote work** environment.
