Preventive maintenance of IT equipment. **Job Mission** Provide technical and operational support to the Information Technology area, ensuring the proper functioning of the group's equipment, systems, and networks. The assistant handles user support, software installation, and preventive maintenance of equipment, supporting the analyst in implementing improvements and ensuring information security. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, resolving questions and issues related to software, equipment, and network; * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, printers, peripherals, and programs; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; * Assist in creating and maintaining users and access profiles (Microsoft 365 and internal systems); * Support control and organization of equipment inventory and software licenses; * Monitor and report network failures, connectivity issues, and server problems; * Support execution of backups and monitoring of files; * Ensure compliance with information security policies; * Support the analyst in system upgrade projects and process automation.
