Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for equipment maintenance, system installation, and support for fiscal and operational processes, ensuring the operation of essential systems. Support for fiscal and operational processes (NF-e) **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users * Perform equipment maintenance (computers, printers, etc.) * Install and configure systems and software * Support systems for issuing and managing **electronic invoices (NF\-e)** * Identify and resolve issues in fiscal and operational processes * Manage internal network, internet access, and user permissions * Support administrative and financial departments * Ensure the operation of the company's essential systems **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in IT or related fields * Experience in technical support * Knowledge of Windows operating systems * Basic understanding of computer networks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience or familiarity with **NF\-e** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of fiscal routines * Experience in logistics, distribution, or retail companies **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity * Organization * Strong communication skills * Problem-solving ability Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
