Very Tecnologia is looking for an **IT Analyst focused on Zabbix Monitoring** to work on the **operation and maintenance of the Zabbix tool**, in conjunction with the **NOC operation**, ensuring visibility, availability, and reliability of monitored environments. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and maintain the **Zabbix platform**, ensuring its proper functioning and updates. * Configure, review, and optimize **templates, dashboards, items, triggers, and alerts**. * Support **incident and event analysis**, performing alert correlation and identification of potential root causes. * Perform **threshold and alert policy adjustments**, according to requirements from **N2 and N3 teams**. * Collaborate closely with the **NOC**, contributing to improved operational visibility. * Support monitoring evolution by proposing improvements to alert models and tool best practices. * Document adjustments, standards, and best practices related to monitoring. **Requirements and qualifications** **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Practical experience with **monitoring using Zabbix**. * Experience in **Telecom N1 NOC** or infrastructure monitoring environments. * Knowledge of **event and alert correlation**. * Familiarity with **IT and Telecom infrastructure** (networks, servers, services). **Additional information** **Differentiators** * Experience in large-scale or mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of best practices for **proactive monitoring** and reduction of false positives. * Experience integrating Zabbix with other NOC or ITSM tools. **What we offer:** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * WellHub; * Market-competitive salary. **Work format:** * Hybrid **We are Very Tecnologia**, a company driven by innovation, purpose, and people.
