Providing customer service with courtesy and clarity in instructions **Job Opening: Internet Network Repair Technician** We are looking for an Internet Network Repair Technician to perform maintenance and support for telecommunications networks, ensuring the quality and stability of services provided to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain (correctively and preventively), and troubleshoot internet networks (fiber optic and/or coaxial cable); * Identify and resolve network connection and performance failures; * Respond to field technical service requests, adhering to deadlines and quality standards; * Conduct signal testing and equipment configuration (routers, modems); * Route and organize cables, splice fiber optic cables, and perform necessary technical adjustments; * Provide customer service with courtesy and clarity in instructions; * Complete technical reports and service orders. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a technical course in telecommunications, networking, or related fields is a plus); * Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, structured cabling); * Experience with fiber optics is a plus; * Driver's license category B (preferred); * Availability for outdoor work and work at heights; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and organization; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to diagnose and resolve problems; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality.
