Coqueluche Casa specializes in home decoration products and household items, offering a wide variety of items to beautify living spaces. **Responsibilities:** Monitor servers, networks, and IT equipment to ensure availability and performance. Ensure information security, including firewall, VPN, and antivirus. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. Provide technical support to internal users. Work with POS and ERP systems to guarantee their proper operation. Support stores, including short-distance travel when necessary. Comply with information security standards and best IT practices. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or IT Intern may indicate familiarity with some of the responsibilities of this position.
