An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Information Security Analyst professional in São Bernardo do Campo. **Responsibilities:** Execute vulnerability scans and analysis using tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or OpenVAS. Perform end-to-end vulnerability management, including definition, approval, application, and automation of patches/hotfixes. Conduct on-site security assessments in environments such as retail stores, point-of-sale (POS) systems, servers, and Wi-Fi networks. Carry out system and infrastructure hardening and compliance scanning. Perform operational security monitoring, analyzing alerts, managing tickets, and documenting incidents. Provide internal user support on cybersecurity topics and awareness initiatives. Open and follow up on technical service requests with security vendors.
